This is the External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) exam for the occupational Qualification: Compliance Officer.

According to the QCTO policy the SDP has to register the EISA-ready learners.

Note: The statement of results (SoR) is required that is not older than 24 months in order to write this exam.

2025 DATES

• Registration closing: 6 March 2025
• LEISA file of learners ready for EISA to QCTO: 7 March 2025
• Prep session: 7 April 2025
• Exam: 04 June 2025, 08:00 - 8:50 (Rules, testing and registration), 9:00 - 12:00 (Exam)
• Location: At compliance Institute SA offices OR student's home or office. If the student writing at a venue of their choosing, a remote venue for an exam room must meet the specific exam requirements to ensure the integrity of the examination process, i.e. the comfort of examinees, compliance with exam regulations, safety, security, solitude, and technical.

EXAM

• Closed book exam.
• Using your own device.
• The use of a second screen will require a request supported by a medical certificate.
• Written in English.
• 3 hours.
• The case study is circulated 2 days before exam day. (You are permitted to bring your case study research notes into the exam only and no other reference material.)
• Artificial intelligence (AI), reference material and internet access to other sites other than the exam platform is NOT permitted.
• The 2024 GACP is the basis for the board exam; please ensure that you are appraised of the 2024 GACP and that you attend the GACP crash course (for changes between the 2018 and 2024 version) or attend the fill GACP training course before the exam, if required.
• An exam pack is provided to each examinee detailing exam context, rules, terms and conditions, etc.
• An exam prep session and technical dry run is provided for the examinees which they MUST attend.
