The CProf (SA) designation focuses on the strategic aspects of compliance. The foundation of the designation is the 2024 Generally Accepted Compliance Practice (GACP) framework, King IV and Code of Ethical and Professional conduct.

The CProf (SA) designation is registered with the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).

Start your journey to CProf (SA)

  1. If you meet the minimum eligibility requirements, then proceed to apply.
  2. Download the CV mapping document and upload the completed, signed document to the application form.
  3. Also upload your organisation's organogram and your highest qualification certificate.
  4. Receive and pay the invoice for the assessment fee. (the fee is non-refundable)
  5. The CISA assessor evaluates your application to determine if you are eligible.
  6. CISA communicates the outcome of the application to you.



  • Registration closing date: 31 July 2024
  • Application outcomes finalised: 16 August 2024
  • Preparation session presenting the case study: Provisionally week of 20 August 2024 TBC (must be attended by all successful applicants)
  • Assignment and presentation submission: Tentatively week of 16 September 2024 - date TBC
  • Panel interview and presentation: October - exact date TBC
