Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
As per Section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa, attendees have the option to cancel their event registration within 7 calendar days from the date of submitting an online booking without incurring any penalty charges. However, cancellations made after this period/ and or within 7 calendar days of the event, will incur a 25% cancellation penalty based on the invoice value.
